At 2K WRLD, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original 2K WRLD tags attached before initiating your request.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
